2025 한국망막학회 나성진 원장 LAL 수술 임상 발표

지난 12월 14일 서울 그랜드워커힐호텔에서 열린 ‘2025 한국망막학회 총회학술대회’에서
퍼스트삼성안과 나성진 대표원장이 LAL(Light Adjustable Lens)렌즈를 활용한 공막 고정술 임상 결과를 발표했습니다.
나성진 대표원장은 인공수정체 탈구 환자를 대상으로 시행한 유리체절제술, 인공수정체 교환술, Yamane 공막고정술에 LAL 적용 및 임상 결과를 설명하였습니다.
이번 학회 발표를 통해 LAL이 공막고정술과 같은 고난도 수술 상황에서도
시력  결과와 환자 만족도를 동시에 높일 수 있는 유효한 치료 대안으로서의 가능성을 제시해
학회 참석 전문의들의 높은 관심과 긍정적인 평가를 받았습니다.
또한 국내에서 LAL 수술 최다 임상 경험을 보유한 나성진 대표원장은
다양한 고난도 수술 환경에서 축적한 임상 데이터를 바탕으로
향후 LAL 렌즈를 활용한 치료 범위 확대와 연구 방향성도 함께 제시했습니다.
