On November 22, at the RxSight LAL User Symposium held at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas Hotel, As the surgeon with the largest number of LAL procedures performed in Korea, Dr. Na delivered a presentation titled In his lecture, Dr. Na presented his clinical experience with LAL in both cataract surgery and intraocular lens (IOL) exchange, highlighting—through real cases—the potential of postoperative light-based refractive adjustment to significantly improve visual accuracy. During the symposium, Dr. Na emphasized that LAL is a technology capable of delivering truly personalized vision, reflecting patients’ real visual needs and daily lifestyles. This symposium served as a meaningful platform for sharing real-world clinical data among ophthalmic specialists from Korea and abroad, reaffirming the potential of LAL to emerge as a new standard for precision and personalized vision correction in cataract surgery.
