Why does vision sometimes get worse again after laser eye surgery?
There are several possible reasons, including progression of myopia, dry eye, residual astigmatism, corneal changes, and age-related changes in the natural lens. A vision test and detailed corneal examination can help identify the cause. A decrease in vision does not necessarily mean that another operation is needed.
