Can I be evaluated even if I no longer have records of my previous surgery?

Yes. We can begin with your current refraction, corneal topography and tomography, eye pressure measurement, and retinal examination. Records of your original prescription, ablation depth, corneal thickness, surgical technique, and surgery date can be helpful, but they are not required to begin an assessment.
