Can I be evaluated if problems develop after retinal surgery elsewhere?

Yes. If you may have recurrent retinal detachment, persistent bleeding, or changes in the macula after surgery, we can examine your eye and review possible treatments. If available, please bring the date and records of your previous surgery, OCT scans, and retinal photographs. Sudden loss of vision requires urgent evaluation rather than waiting for a routine appointment.

What is scleral fixation of an intraocular lens?

Can an intraocular lens still be exchanged many years after cataract surgery?

Does retinal detachment need to be operated on urgently?

Retinal detachment is an eye emergency, and the timing of surgery can have a major impact on vision after treatment. Prompt surgery is particularly important before the macula, the part of the retina ...
