What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please let us know about any previous eye procedures and their dates, your medical records, oral medications and eye drops, contact lens use, and medical conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure. If you have had eye surgery, previous test results or an intraocular lens identification card may also be helpful.
