Introducing the pros and cons of Topo-guided LASIK (Contoura®) and SMILE. Presentation of research on the problems and solutions of astigmatism test before cataract surgery. While Contoura® is excellent in improving visual function and reducing irregular astigmatism in the cornea, Smile showed better recovery of dry eye syndrome than conventional LASIK.
