Solution to the Problems of Irregular Astigmatism Testing

First Samsung Eye Clinic is the only institution in Korea to diagnose and treat irregular astigmatism. 

Based on years of treatment experience, Dr. Sungho Choi identified issues with existing irregular astigmatism tests and 

proposed more accurate diagnostic methods, which were published in the Bioengineering journal. 

This research, which started from Dr. Sungho Choi's idea, 

uses patient data from First Samsung Eye Clinic to identify irregular astigmatism accurately. 

Professors Yeong-Kyung Won and Dong-Hee Lim from Samsung Seoul Hospital also participated in this study.
